Tired... of food ;p
There's alot of things for me to write... Just dont have the energy =__= Somehow just feel really really tired x_xWent back to old maplesea ;p but its just to kill time la hehe
Got someone suggested to me to post on comfort food (sounds like comfort woman hor? (-_-); hehe lame n cold joke ;p)
I really got no idea what is comfort food le... So went to my gd friend dictionary.com n this is what turned up...

Hmmmm...home cooked food? or food which makes u feel comfy? hehe
If its the later, think most of the food i stuff into my mouth would be considered "comfy" liao keke

Chat from 1 am to 7 am, then go indooroopilly shopping centre drink the cookies n cream thingie ;p
After which go back, instead of sleep, i LS la kekeke =__= coz the lactose too high liao @_@ not used to drinking milk la ;p

Onion loaf @ Tony Roma's, nice n crispy w the tangy sauce
Lasagne @ Pete's place, very nice n warm with green vege in it ok! hehe very special! Dont forget the wide variety of bread =)
Ox tail stew @ Hard rock cafe's , only on wed lunch. Very nice, the original idea which made me came up with my own ox tail stew la keke
Truffle entrie @ Prego's ... 1 word, WUDI! Is this a mushroom? lol
Ice cream gallery's durain ice cream, mago orange ice cream, soursop sherbet, etc etc... or is it their gelara? keke
Chilli crabs @ Fishermen's village, duno which stall lor it is a long time ago when i had it, way before it was hip n hot!
Grilled cod don @ wasabi tei, even if the fish is chao tah (burnt) n the service SUCKS major but this is a memorable place for me, once had to finish cod nabe, moriawase...
Katsu sauce, Fried ebi head @ Tonkichi, Yummy! We all missed this which was in the chef's recommendation lists =(
Curry Asam Fish head @ Teacher's College, very nice n spicy fish head n the chicken wings =) Yummy! kekeke
Yu Nam porridge @ Maxwell, Telok Ayer market & Ah Moy market, some of the very best Yu Nam i've every had =) hehe
Teppanyaki & Ebi Tempura @ Goodwood park's Shima, no need to say just go try if u got the chance hehe first time i had salmon skin there ;p

Steaks @ Fireworx ;p kekeke they say the oyster shots also wudi
Tako yaki in Osaka, which so far think only the one in old daimaru comes very close to. FYI original tako yaki dont have mayo eh

Plum sauce duck, Fried quail, Ginger n shallot crab @ Viet hoe's, very delish food which would remind u of Singapore food!
Much better than the so called Singapore fares at other joints lor ;p (exclude Singapura la keke wait i kena hoot! hahaha)
Steam Cod Yu Nam @ KL, no questions asked, this is the best fish stomach ever, except for the too much minched ginger la!
Fried octopus dim sum @ sunnybanks in BNE, very chewy but crispy. Just the way i like it! lol
Peking duck @ BJ, Quan Jun De, best peking duck in the world? hehe Light n crispy!
Some Yaki-sticks @ make-shift stall, oppo Yodoyabashi in Osaka, the most enjoyable meal i've had in Osaka, even in like 6 degress wind! hehe
Xiang Guo @ BJ, very fiery, spicy, oily n served in a metal tub ;p keke

Fondue @ Ladyhill hotel, but too bad now closed down liao =~~(
Fried fish noodle oppo bugis junction, game over. The only soup noodles i love! hehe
Curry ramen, katsu don + soba set, all the japanese stuff @ Sanga, the best n most cozy restaurant for us KTG
Would always remember the door chime "iirashiyamase~!~!" & "Arigato-gozaimasu~!~!" hehehe

Steam boat @ goldenmile, only drank soup on my b'day treat x_x coz got super ulcer on tongue la ;p
Stir fried curry lamb bits @ Asian village in BJ, the fiery dry curry taste wasn't able to warm the cold unholy aura from across the table (~_~);
To me, it isnt the food is solid or wudi la, but its the company u eat it with lor.
The above food i had was with my family n best friends, very very very memorable...
So if any of u guys been there with me, u would know u are special n important to me
No matter where u r, u would always be in my heart n mind...
But if comfy food is home cooked food hor, surprise surprise...
I find simple food quite nice n appreciating lor, my mama used to make simple fare
just a simple dish of kai lan in oyster sauce n lots of garlic bits would make me feel satisfied! hehe
Another of my mama's cooking is this brinja, mince meat n egg fried till dry, coz i hate slimmy food! hehe
This is what my mama prepared for dinner the other day =)
It's just an flour-omelette n inside is minced meat with lots of vege la =) Yummy something which i was fond of since young lor hehe
Even shirlost's chiong peanut butter french toast is also heavenly! hehe
I'm not a gourmet la, just someone whom loves the feeling of a warm tummy filled with nice food =) kekeke
Now i dont get the feeling of warmth home cooked food filled with love... I really missed food cooked by a loved one...
something which money can never buy, nor can the countless effort i put in ever reap the rewards i wish for...
Ya lor my ex also cannot cook ;p keke
