Yummy Yummy Roti!

Today we had to have some Bah Kut Teh for dinner along Joo Chiat Rd lor
Not that nice la ;p abt the same as Thomson eh keke except more exp la =(

After which we checked out this cafe called "Hong Kong Cafe" along Upper Changi Rd.
It's really crowded! Especially alot of ppl's watching some star awards on channel 8
The few of us just wanted to chill out a little after the meal.
I was like 1/2 full la ;p Very hungry le hehe

So I had to find something nice to munch man!
The menu's really interesting n the food looks soooooo tempting! I was like drooling ok! Hahahaha
It's just too bad the operating hours are like 6pm to 5am only! Nope, it's not a typo they only work at night -_-; and i was thinking of asking the rest here for lunch molo =~(

Oh well too bad lor, so looking around for something to munch I saw this thing French Toast? Peanut butter French Toast?
Yeah~!~! Jackpot I've found the joint my mama was lamenting eons ago hehe

Of coz i wont miss this oppurtunity to order this yummy looking bread ;p

The wait is really worth it!
It came along with a small slice of butter on the top, which literally melted away on the hot crispy bread.

The exterior has this crusty sound when u cut it, a sound u seldom hear from French Toast other than those which just came off the pan!

The interior is soft n fluffy, it seems they made effort to remove the bread crust n edges, resulting in the whole French Toast being so much softer than normal.
They serve the Toast with maple syrup by the side, so you could add it on if you have a sweet tooth.

My self, I feel the Peanut butter & butter compliment the soft white bread with the crusty edges. Very nice!

I know for sure I'll be coming back here again...
